Linking to PDF files on the web is an interesting issue in the web usability and accessibility world. It’s something I’ve come across more in my full-time job than with my Addicott Web clients, but it’s still worth taking a look at here.

On the modern Internet, PDFs have become a standard and very common way for people to share information. Since they are an easy way for someone to capture information from any application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and share it with anyone else, they are used quite frequently on websites.
